Weyarn -

The evening was boozy and ended with a wrong decision: A 44-year-old Weyarn man got on his moped on Monday (June 14th) and drove off.

At about 11.30 p.m. at the crossing of Weyarn, a patrol of the Holzkirchen police waved him aside.

When checking the driving ability it was noticed that the Weyarner had deficits.

The breath alcohol test confirmed the suspicion: According to the police, it showed a value above 1.1 per thousand.

The continuation of the journey was stopped on the spot and a blood sample was taken.

The Weyarner's driver's license was withheld.

A criminal case for drunk driving awaits him.
