The police stopped a drunk moped driver on Monday shortly before midnight in the Weyarn area.
The 44-year-old Weyarner had over 1.1 per thousand alcohol in his blood.

The evening was boozy and ended with a wrong decision: A 44-year-old Weyarn man got on his moped on Monday (June 14th) and drove off.
At about 11.30 p.m. at the crossing of Weyarn, a patrol of the Holzkirchen police waved him aside.
When checking the driving ability it was noticed that the Weyarner had deficits.
The breath alcohol test confirmed the suspicion: According to the police, it showed a value above 1.1 per thousand.
The continuation of the journey was stopped on the spot and a blood sample was taken.
The Weyarner's driver's license was withheld.
A criminal case for drunk driving awaits him.
