The case is very sensitive.
It concerns a police officer and a policewoman, suspected of touching, acts of pedophilia and complicity.
The defendant is still currently Alliance union representative in the south of Seine-et-Marne.
His colleague, James D., the main suspect, was number 2 in this same departmental union organization representing the field police, before leaving for the competition, at SGP, then becoming regional manager Ile-de-France at Unsa, then to return to Alliance, again in Seine-et-Marne.
"He is a great manipulator, and he played his private networks each time to bounce back," indicate without even consulting, each in turn, three of his former colleagues, from different unions. "He always had a bit of a weird, unhealthy side and yet he managed to unite small groups around him", continues another of his former colleagues.
This man was taken into custody Thursday evening.
Then referred, indicted and placed in pre-trial detention.
He is suspected of having abused for several years the daughter, minor, of his colleague who is also targeted by "the opening of a judicial investigation", confirmed by the prosecution of Melun (Seine-et-Marne) who s 'is denied any further comment on this matter.
The investigation entrusted to an examining magistrate will seek to determine the role of the two protagonists.
"But there could be other police custody in the next few days," warns a source close to the investigation.
"A really sordid affair"
The facts were reported a few days ago by the school of the victim.
This teenager having opened up to some confidences, on recent touching which would have been committed by James D.
After the first investigations, the investigators estimate that the acts of pedophilia would have taken place over several years and therefore before she was 15 years old "and that he would perhaps not have been alone", loose a close source folder.
"The first elements of which we learned reveal a really sordid affair, I hope that we will not go back to a network", blows a former "friend" of the policeman involved.

The victim's mother was questioned about these alleged rapes against her child.
Her police custody was extended over the weekend, she remains in question, but she was left free.
"She will be able to prepare her defense, I have no doubt about her integrity, even if she could have been manipulated by James", indicates one of his colleagues.
The extensive exploitation of the suspects' computers and phones was still underway on Monday.
James D. is said to have left the Alliance union for more than three years.
He was therefore supposed to have resumed his service, after having spent nearly 15 years "defending" his colleagues, but he had been on sick leave for many months.
