Dozens of Palestinians were injured and others arrested this evening as a result of the Israeli occupation forces' assault on them in the vicinity of the Old City of occupied Jerusalem.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces shot and assaulted Palestinians in Bab al-Amoud, Bab al-Sahira and Salah al-Din Street in the vicinity of the Old City, wounding 35 of them and arresting at least 7 young men.
And the occupation forces intensified this afternoon their barriers in occupied Jerusalem, especially in the Old City, and closed all entrances leading to Bab al-Amud to restrict the movement of Palestinians and provide protection for settlers during their storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the revival of the city.
