The Mexican authorities reported that six states in the country have registered increases in covid-19 cases and asked the population not to trust themselves and maintain precautionary measures to avoid contagion.

The president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, asked citizens to seek medical attention in case of presenting symptoms.
