(CNN Spanish) -

The candidate for the presidency of Peru for Peru Libre, Pedro Castillo, assured this Tuesday that he is "patiently waiting for the results" of the second round of elections on June 6.

"Things continue to be stigmatized, they continue to be called by other spaces to want to overturn an election, but for our part they will not do it," he warned.

"The candidacy process has been completed," Castillo added during a three-minute meeting with the foreign press accredited in the country.

There, after stating that "he had an agenda to fulfill," he left the conference room of his campaign premises in Lima without answering the questions of journalists from more than 20 international media who had come to the meeting.

The National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE), reported this Tuesday on its website that it had processed and accounted for 100% of the electoral records -which reflect the results of the voting tables-, with 50.125% for Castillo and 49.875% for Keiko Fujimori, from the Fuerza Popular party, and a difference of just over 44,000 votes for the former.

According to the ONPE, there are no pending records sent to the National Elections Jury (JNE), which is the body that must declare the winner of the vote.

However, the requests for the cancellation of voting tables requested by Fuerza Popular are still pending the resolution of the Special Electoral Juries.

Fujimori denounced on Monday, June 7, "a table fraud."

After the elections on Sunday, June 6, various marches have taken place throughout the country, while the followers of Pedro Castillo demand the publication of official results of the election.

On the other hand, last Saturday in a massive march in the capital phrases such as "no to fraud", "respect my vote" and "communism no, democracy yes" were heard.

In recent days, various comments on social networks have led the Joint Command of the Armed Forces to pronounce on its subordination to the Peruvian Constitution. “The Political Constitution establishes that the primary purpose of the Armed Forces is to guarantee the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic. They are not deliberative and are subordinate to the constitutional power, so any call to breach this commission is inappropriate for democracy ”.

For his part, Congressman-elect Jorge Montoya of the Popular Renovation party pointed out on his Twitter account that “the legitimacy of the future ruler will be null before the dozens of irregularities in this electoral process with fragile governability and stability.

Canceling and calling new elections will be the most prudent solution to avoid the possible ungovernability that is coming. "

When consulted on the subject during the meeting with the foreign press, Dina Boluarte, candidate for the vice-presidency for Peru Libre, responded that “the current that the group of lawyers close to Mrs. Keiko Fujimori is managing, if not a current irresponsible, lacking in professional ethics, I think they know that there is a winner and wanting to lead a current of social, political and economic destabilization, that is not what the country needs ”.
