A garbage disposal truck crashed into a restaurant in Karlsfeld on Monday. The driver apparently suffered a faint attack.
- A garbage truck crashed into a restaurant in Karlsfeld on Monday morning, June 14th.
As the police announced, the 41-year-old driver of the disposal truck had probably suffered a faint attack.
The vehicle crossed the four-lane Münchner Straße including the central island and crashed into the Asian restaurant.
Fortunately, there were no guests in or in front of the restaurant.

The 41-year-old was taken to the hospital with the rescue service, his 34-year-old passenger suffered minor cuts from the splinters of the windshield and was taken care of by the rescue service on site.
The THW consultant examined the building, but could not determine any danger of collapse.
The glass facade was paneled on the property and the site was handed over to the police after all the work was completed.
The Karlsfeld fire brigade, the Dachau volunteer fire brigade, the Günding volunteer fire brigade, the THW OV Dachau and some representatives of the Dachau district fire brigade association were in action.
In the area of the accident site, several damaged trees had to be cut down in the danger zone.
