"Xenophobia is becoming commonplace in France", according to the communist and citizen group which denounces racist attacks on social networks in France.

"Return (sic) to your home and let us live in peace among French people".

In Villejuif, it is this message in particular that led Mohand Ouahrani to file a complaint.

The elected PCF youth is the subject of a wave of support after being the target of insults on social networks.

"The words written on the origins of Mohand are worthy of another time", indicates the communist group and citizen of the city council.

“Xenophobia has become commonplace in France in recent years with the rise of the FN-RN.

All the elected officials of our Group say STOP to people who call for hatred of others, ”continue these elected officials.

"I received these messages on Sunday following a publication from the former mayor (Franck le Bohellec, Editor's note) about the youth service", details Mohand Ouahrani.

Entitled "Youth manipulated - electoral fraud", this text asks: "How does the Communist mayor, candidate for departmental elections, buy votes during the election period with public money?

".

"I did not react because I did not want to add more"

He mentions the fact that "the youth service was tasked with finding 100 young people aged 18 to 25 who, in exchange for a few hours of service during summer activities, will benefit from a voucher of 250 euros".

He also reports that "neighbors of 21, rue Jean-Jaurès (the local PCF) tell us to see a flow of young people in this room, accompanied by people who, a few months ago, denounced the clientelism of the period ”.

"I did not react because I did not want to add more, especially since this device in question has not yet passed to the municipal council", explains Mohand Ouahrani, who claims to have received messages in the wake. .

The next day, Monday June 14, another elected PCF from Villejuif was the target of racist insults, and also of a sexist nature this time: Rakia Abdourahamane, deputy mayor in charge of Solidarity and Social Actions.

Tags were written on the mailbox at his home: “Dirty black”, “Dehors le PCF”, etc.

"Very shocked" according to the PCF section of Villejuif, the elected official filed a complaint against X in the wake.

"We will follow closely the investigation of the complaint and reaffirm once again all our fraternity and friendship to Rakia Abdourahamane", indicates the party.
