At present, the overall utilization rate of the three industrial estates in Yuen Long, Tai Po and Tseung Kwan O exceeds 90%.

The center is expected to be completed in 2023. It will help meet the industry's demand for advanced production equipment and create nearly 420 jobs, which can generate more than 600 million yuan in added value each year.
