The National Treasury Prosecutor, Carlos Zannini, expressed his criticism of the operation of the Justice on Wednesday, remarking the "lack of tools" that the national government has to solve this situation and the "lack of management" of the Supreme Court of Justice.
The national official said that not all the Judiciary works badly, because 70% of the cases are carried out in the provincial courts, but warned that it is at the national level where the problem lies and "in a specific sector of Argentine Justice ".
"I believe that
more than justice, what is failing in Argentina is the policy that does not give a clear message
, that delegates to the Justice issues that must be resolved by politics," he said in dialogue with El Uncover.
In this context, he added that "judges appear pressured" or "ideologically contaminated trying to participate in politics" and that those members should "isolate themselves" from the Justice.
"I do not think that the entire Judicial Power (the problem) is.
It takes action from the Supreme Court of Justice
so that the constitution and the laws are respected," he said.
