The questionnaire was published on the "Hong Kong 01" website and mobile app from May 13 to 26. The interviewees were Hong Kong citizens aged 18 or above. 6,154 questionnaires were successfully collected. White-collar workers accounted for nearly 40%, followed by housewives. (Accounting for 20%).

The research institute also suggested that during the registration period, the government or relevant departments could set up a hotline for public inquiries, and provide the elderly and low-income families with more easily grasped information.
When distributing electronic consumer vouchers, the number of issued periods can be reduced, the balance of each period can be carried to the next period, and the public can flexibly choose different payment platforms to receive each period.
