After information extracted from police files, false administrative documents.

On the second day of his trial, this Wednesday, Haurus, a police officer from the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI) tried in particular for having sold confidential data on the Darknet, had to explain himself on the false papers he also offered .

“I have never made identity cards myself, immediately part of this man with a strong personality.

I only wrote fake checks.

But the principle of checks is that to use them, you need the identity card that goes with it.

"

A virtual store where the agent took orders

So, on its “shop”, its virtual store with the allure of a classic e-commerce site, Haurus offered documents “of all kinds” and took orders.

"And I transmitted the information to be put on the identity card to Mr. R. who made them."

Mr. R., talented forger, also tried in this trial.

He most often worked for himself, but when Haurus appeared on the occult Internet in 2018, the two men worked “in partnership” “I was selling around 150 euros for the identity card, but it depended on the quality.

The Gold plus, it could bypass security checks, ”explains the forger at the helm.

Another forger is tried in this trial, but in his absence.

The fake checks hidden under the bed

Haurus, therefore, drew up the fake checks in his small apartment in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, which he shared with his companion.

A young man, a law student, who also appears before the correctional court of Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine) since Tuesday.

Tried for complicity, this young man visibly annoyed to undergo the ordeal of the trial, after that of a long pre-trial detention, swears never to have known anything of the activities of his companion.

The fake checks hidden under the bed, he never saw them.

“I don't spend my life under the bed!

»He gets angry, when the president is astonished at his blindness.

What about printers, cartridges, the cutter?

“I am not a forger.

A printer is a printer, a letter opener, it is a letter opener, ”the defendant still lashes, with a hint of arrogance.

All the same, the tens of thousands of euros brought back by the policeman's schemes would have surprised him.

Especially since Haurus was in over-indebtedness.

“I had doubts, concedes the student.

He told me he was working with a private investigator, we had a fight, I didn't understand he was taking so many risks.

"

A private detective among his clients

The private detective, one of Haurus' two best clients, is also on the dock.

It was not for the false checks that he solicited the police, but to obtain information useful for his investigations of adultery, unfair competition, etc.

“I asked him for an info, he gave it to me, it was reliable.

It saved me a lot of time.

"

Apparently steeped in contrition, the detective, who is no longer so, admits to having given in to "ease, out of opportunism".

All this information, Haurus would look for on the police files to which his function gave him access from his office at the DGSI, where he was a counter-terrorism investigator.

"One day, my partner asked me for a chassis number from the license plate of a Ferrari, I asked Haurus, he gave me the info", further recounts the detective, who acknowledges having requested Haurus for forty to fifty searches, paid 100 to 200 euros per unit.

The other very good Haurus client was hiding under the pseudonym CVVGold.

Big criminal record, this 52-year-old man is the only one to appear in the box.

He got to know Haurus on the Darknet even while he was incarcerated in the south of France.

“In prison, someone introduced me to the Darknet, explained the defendant, this Tuesday.

I started to buy things, things for my children, a drone… ”

"As if it were Amazon," notes the president of the court, Sophie-Hélène Château.

"Yes", simply replies the defendant.

“I once saw on a post that you could locate a person.

I had clients ... », explains this very southern man.

Information on members of Marseille banditry

He comes from Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône), knows the environment.

And precisely, he ordered information from Haurus concerning several members of Marseille banditry.

Several were shot dead shortly after the police searched.

“I didn't know they were organized crime people.

Me, I was ordered, I copied and pasted in Haurus and that's it.

"

Not appreciating being taken for a "fool", the president tried to get more answers from the defendant but without success.

The man said to reserve his explanations for Marseille judges.

Like Haurus, he is indicted for criminal conspiracy.

In Nanterre, the trial, initially scheduled until Friday, could end this Thursday evening.
