This means that the planned large system with a correspondingly dimensioned wood chip heating system is no longer economically feasible, ”explained Deppisch without further ado.
The project was ultimately overturned when the largest customer - an adjacent factory - recently withdrew its interest.
"Only six of the planned buyers have signed that, three more have only given a letter of intent, and then there is the school and gym," explained Mayor Thomas Gründl: "That just doesn't pay off in the originally planned size."
Community has a problem with school and gym heating
