At about 9 am today (16th), the police received a report that a man was attacked by another man with a knife at the taxi stand outside Wu Pik House, Hu King Estate, Tuen Mun, and the assailant fled afterwards.
Police officers arrived at the scene. The 61-year-old man surnamed Mai was bleeding from the waist and injured his head. He was sober and sent to the hospital by ambulance for treatment.
After the ninth team of the Tuen Mun Police District Criminal Investigation Team followed up the investigation, a 48-year-old man named Huang was arrested in Tin Shui Wai at about 2 pm on suspicion of injuring others. He is currently being detained for investigation.
