Tehran-Sana
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani today called on the Iranian people to participate widely in the presidential elections that will take place the day after tomorrow, stressing that abstaining from the polls will not solve any problem.
IRNA quoted Rouhani as saying in a speech during the cabinet session that participation in the presidential elections "contributes to deciding the country's future and strengthening the regime's strength."
In another context, Rouhani touched on the government's efforts to improve the country's conditions in recent years in light of the American coercive measures imposed on the Iranian people, in addition to the repercussions of the outbreak of the Corona virus and the issue of drought in the country this year, stressing that these issues will witness a breakthrough in the coming period.
