Who is going out with the dog today?
The dispute over this banal question ended in court for two brothers from Vaterstetten.
Someone has to go to jail for a weekend.

- The 19-year-old older brother had to answer before the Ebersberg District Court for serious bodily harm.
On January 25, 2021, the then 18-year-old is said to have punched his brother, who was one year younger than him, in the face and threw a massive porcelain bowl at him.
The trainee initially refused to testify.
His brother did not want to give any information on the witness stand either.
However, he called the police immediately after the crime in January and asked that officers be sent over.
The recording of his emergency call could be used as evidence.
Police confirm: young man was very scared
“My brother freaked out today and hit me,” you can hear the then 17-year-old on the recording.
However, when he urged him to send a patrol over, the officer on the phone did not seem to react energetically enough.
“He can come back and kick the door down.
He has done it many times.
And then I'll get even more beats, "urged the caller.
A policewoman and her colleague, who had finally moved to the apartment, confirmed in court that the injured party was visibly frightened.
The laceration caused by the punch was immediately visible on his lip.
And the porcelain bowl also left an imprint on the shin.
"I've never seen anything like it so clearly," said the officer on the witness stand.
"Such a really bright, circular spot."
Defendant: My brother is addicted to gambling
Towards the end of the trial, the defendant decided to make a statement: his brother was addicted to games and wanted to take revenge on him for stealing his video game console.
Judge Dieter Kaltbeitzer and the public prosecutor did not consider this statement to be credible.
The young man is already known to the court because of several incidents.
"I can't see anything that speaks in your favor," agreed Judge Kaltbeitzer to the public prosecutor's demand that the accused should finally learn that his actions have consequences.
“A shot across the bow is necessary.” He sentenced the 19-year-old to leisure arrest - a weekend behind bars.
