Toh Yiu Kwok has pleaded guilty to criminal damage earlier, and the case was sentenced in Kwun Tong Magistracy today.

The defense quoted Zhuo Yaoguo's social service order and probation report during the plea in court, stating that his parents divorced and were raised by grandparents, and his grandparents had promised to supervise Zhuo Yaoguo's rehabilitation.

The report also revealed that before his remand, Zhuo Yaoguo had reached an oral agreement with the former club that he would be recruited again.

Zhuo Yaoguo was sentenced to a 12-month probation order.

Five conditions must be complied with for probation

As a result, Chief Magistrate Qian Li accepted the advice of the probation officer and sentenced Zhuo Yaoguo to a 12-month probation order and required the defendant to comply with the five major conditions during the probation period.

This includes working and living under the instructions of the probation officer, receiving drug treatment, psychological and psychiatric treatment, attending and completing group activities, staying away from dangerous drugs and regularly submitting urine samples for testing.

Zhuo Yaoguo and his girlfriend Ouyang Qianying are also involved in a number of similar cases and are charged with a total of 16 criminal damages. The case will be heard again in the Eastern District Court on the 23rd of next month.
