A family was assaulted at dawn this Thursday by at least
six armed criminals
, who entered their home in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Villa Crespo while they were sleeping.
After a
chase and shooting with the police,
four of the robbers were arrested.
The robbery
occurred around 3.30
this morning at an address located at 800 Julián Álvarez Street in the aforementioned Buenos Aires neighborhood.
Police sources specified that "personnel from the Neighborhood Police Station 15 B traveled at 3:30 in the morning to Julián Álvarez at 800, for an assault on a family."
In this regard, they indicated that "upon arrival the police saw
six men leaving the interior of a home
, four of them boarding a black Peugeot 208, while the others fled on foot, one of them brandishing a firearm."
At that moment, a brief armed confrontation with the officers began that ended without injuries.
After giving the warning, the Police began a persecution that ended with two detainees when they were driving along Avenida San Martín at 2700, in Villa General Miter.
Meanwhile, another of the criminals was arrested aboard the vehicle at the intersection of San Martín and Donato Álvarez avenues and the remaining one, a few blocks later.
One of the criminals was seized a 22 caliber pistol and part of the belongings that were stolen from the family.
In journalistic statements, one of the family members said: "We were in bed and at 02:30 I hear the dog start to scream. Since I have 4 kittens, I thought they were fighting. When my wife got up they grabbed her by the neck "
"I was in bed and when I was about to get up they told me 'stay with the rope, stay with the rope'. There we began to struggle until they grabbed me, threw me face down and tied me with some seals," he described.
As detailed, the criminals "should be 5 or 6 taking into account the voices", and specified: "They asked for money, they told me 'the money, where do you have the money?' Then I tell them 'look at the bedside table you have $ 10,000 with those that tomorrow I have to pay the insurance of the truck, because I am a freight forwarder '".
