The government will set up an electronic registration platform for the Central Consumer Voucher Program, which must provide the name, ID number and date of issuance, telephone number, and select the payment tool, account number, and residence statement.
As for citizens who have registered for the 10,000 yuan cash distribution program, the information has been stored in the government system, so registration and authentication will be simpler. Only two security questions are required to review the personal data previously archived.
