The Justice Department released four videos that are part of the evidence against Scott Fairlamb, a follower of former President Donald Trump and owner of a gym in New Jersey, in which he is seen harassing, insulting and beating police officers during the insurrection of 6 of 6 January. The judge handling the case determined that Fairlamb, who has a history of physical assault, is a danger and should remain in jail. Scott Fairlamb faces 12 charges including assaulting a police officer and carrying a dangerous weapon on Capitol Hill.
