The UN General Assembly on Friday adopted a non-binding resolution condemning the coup in Burma and calling on "
all member states to prevent the influx of arms
" into that country.

This text was approved by 119 countries, 36 abstaining including China, Burma's first support.
Only one country, Belarus, which prevented the resolution from being adopted by consensus as its sponsors wanted, voted against.
