Once it was bleak, today it is almost like an adventure playground: the playground of the Warngau elementary school has now been blessed after the redesign.
Including a climbing frame that many have made possible.

While the community was doing most of the work, a fundraising campaign garnished the redesign with the icing on the cake: a large climbing frame.
Now it has been blessed, due to the corona in a small group.
A festival should follow as soon as possible.
The scaffolding was financed by a crowdfunding campaign by the Friends of Warngau Children and Youth and the Parents' Council of the primary school in cooperation with the Raiffeisen Bank in the Oberland.

Crowdfunding made the climbing frame possible
12,929 euros were raised in donations.
The friends' association increased it to the 16,300 euros that the climbing frame cost.
The climbing frame, made of wood and specially designed for Warngau, was set up as planned from October 2020.
Since the last week of school before the Whitsun holidays, elementary school children can look forward to a new schoolyard that is almost like an adventure playground.
However, this only occurs during the breaks: the school yard may not be used for playing outside of school hours for insurance reasons.
