The district court of Erding was gracious, almost caring, with a 35-year-old from the district town.

The Croatian had strained the patience of the judiciary for a long time.

In the end, the proceedings were discontinued again in return for a further reduced amount of money.

Erding - Public Prosecutor Sandra Belling accused Erdinger of having driven without a license on July 20 last year. She promptly ran into a traffic control on Dachauer Strasse. The mother has already stood before a court. At that time, the proceedings against a payment of 400 euros had been discontinued. But the 35-year-old did not pay despite two requests from judge Michaela Wawerla. The therefore revoked the hiring and started a new negotiation.

On behalf of his client, attorney Andreas Martin stated that the accusation could not be shaken.

However, he pointed out that the Erdinger woman very well had a driver's license, admittedly only a Bosnian one, which she had not had it rewritten in due time.

Wawerla also attested to the accused: "You are not a criminal." But the violation is clear.

Martin went on to explain that his client was barely getting by.

She herself said in tears: "I had always expected a payment, then I would have transferred the amount." The 400 euros are a big problem for her.

Wawerla and Belling were convinced. The proceedings were discontinued again, this time only for 150 euros to the support association of the Anne Frank Gymnasium.

"I will definitely pay for that," assured the Croatian.
