The European Council announced on June 18 that it would relax border restrictions in response to the new coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19), and include countries or regions including the United States, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan as permitted non-essential Whitelist for travel.
Also added to the whitelist are Albania, Lebanon, Northern Macedonia and Serbia.
The EU recommends that member states gradually withdraw their entry measures to these areas.

The five-star red flag and the red flag of blue sky and white sun all over the ground appear on the pictures at the same time, which aroused the attention of Taiwan media.
