Pfizer vaccine is 100% effective against covid-19 in minors, according to a manager | Video | CNN

Dr. Rodrigo Sini de Almeida, director of Vaccine Medical Affairs for Latin America at Pfizer, spoke with CNN about the progress in the studies for the application of the vaccine against covid-19 in children between 12 and 16 years old.

The member of the Brazilian Society of Pediatrics assured that phase 3 studies have found 100% effectiveness of the vaccine in minors, but recalled that vaccination is not the only measure to contain the pandemic.

Sini de Almeida recommended that still vaccinated, people should continue to wear masks.
