12 bags of flour seized in a bakery prepared for smuggling in Lattakia

The Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Lattakia has seized a bakery in the Saqoubin neighborhood in Lattakia city, which contains 12 bags of flour in addition to the daily allocations intended for smuggling and trafficking in the black market.

 The Director of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection explained to SANA reporter that the quantity was seized while the elements of consumer protection entered at four o'clock in the morning to monitor the work of the bakery, during which it was found that the bags were hidden inside the bakery under the stairs and covered with empty flour bags.

Soussi pointed out that the necessary control was organized and the violator was referred to the competent authorities to follow up the investigations.
