Luo continued that many tenants will purchase property insurance, ranging from 100,000 to 1 million yuan, and the insured must declare the storage location, which will be evaluated by the insurance company before the premium can be calculated.
Luo reminded that tenants can check with the mini-storage whether they have purchased insurance, and they should also pay attention to whether they include the tenant's property, otherwise the risk must be measured before renting.
