Germany recorded 842 new infections and 16 deaths from the emerging corona virus during the past 24 hours.
According to data from the Robert Koch Institute for Infectious Diseases released today, the total number of infections in the country reached three million and 721,981 cases, while the total deaths rose to 90,385 cases.
Germany ranks 12th in the world in terms of the number of HIV infections.
In Mexico, 3,964 infections and 192 new deaths from the virus were recorded, bringing the total number of deaths to 23,1151 cases, and infections to 2,475,705 injuries.
