The prefecture of Saint-Martin has decided to impose from Tuesday June 22 a screening test for Covid to unvaccinated people arriving from Martinique and Guadeloupe in the French part of this island of the Antilles.

Due to the current health situation, the prefect of Saint-Barthélémy and Saint-Martin decided, from Tuesday June 22, to impose on people who cannot prove a complete vaccination schedule, a PCR test of less than 72 hours or less than 48 hours antigenic for all travelers from Guadeloupe or Martinique,
”the prefecture announced on Saturday.

This measure complements the already existing measures for people who cannot justify a complete vaccination schedule, namely a 7-day self-isolation on their arrival and the justification of compelling reasons for their trip.
