Cheng Zhenming, the chairman of the Shiba Township Committee arrested in the Xiaomen case, and his brother Cheng Zhensheng as a witness for Deng Huaichen's Dingwupai, he told reporters that he did not know Deng.

Resale of ancestral land and subdivided Deng Huaichen to buy land at a super low price

According to Xiaomen's sales brochure, Deng Huaichen is the seller of Block 97 of Xiaomen.

The land on which he built the small house was originally the ancestral hall of the "Guanyin Hui". In March 2006, Cheng Zhenming, as the manager, transferred nearly 3.66 million yuan to the survey consultant of the Palxiang Rural Committee and the landlord of Xiaomen Li Junliang.

Li Junliang then divided the land into 18 parcels. In May of the same year, he sold one parcel to Deng Huaichen at an "concession price" of 100,000 yuan.

The reporter asked Deng Huaichen about arbitrage matters outside the High Court in March this year. He said he didn't know why Xiaomen's sales brochure had his own name, and he didn't know Cai Zicong.

When asked about Wang Guangrong's arrest, he repeatedly called "don't understand."

The name of Cai Liji disappeared in the new sales brochure

The other defendant, Cai Liji, was the seller of Block 130 in the sales brochure of Xiaomen, but his name disappeared from the sales brochure that was updated later due to unknown reasons.

In 2000, he also bought the land for building a house from a male named Deng for 100,000 yuan.

Another defendant, Cai Liji (who wears a headgear in the picture), is the seller of Block 130 in Xiaomen’s sales brochure. He also bought the building site for 100,000 yuan that year. They also paid the land price of about 1.43 million yuan a few months later, and then sold the entire small house in a short period of time at different prices. It was 9.258 million yuan and 12.45 million yuan.

However, it was not confirmed whether Li Ruiyuan in the case was the same as Li Ruiyuan. The witness of Cai Liji's housing license is the same person.

All the sales and purchase contracts of Deng Huaichen and Cai Liji's Xiaomen Small House were signed by the director of "Heng On Development" Cai Zicong on his behalf, and the declaration address of the witness of the building license is also the same.
