A weathering case involving minors occurred in Kwai Chung.
At around 8 pm on the 20th, the police received a report that a 9-year-old girl was assaulted by a boy at the terrace of a housing estate on Tai Wo Hau Road.
After the police arrived at the scene for investigation, they arrested a 13-year-old boy on suspicion of "indecent assault". The case was handed over to the Criminal Investigation Team of the Kwai Tsing Police District for follow-up.
It is reported that after the girl experienced an unpleasant incident, she returned home to disclose the incident to her relatives, and her family immediately reported the incident.
The police intervened in the investigation and subsequently arrested the 13-year-old boy in a flat in the estate.
It is known that the two do not know each other.
