The referendum on a possible new clinic in Seefeld is underway.
By Friday, 2,834 citizens had cast their vote.
The deadline ends on Sunday, June 27th, at 6 p.m.
Seefeld - Two of the closed and sealed urns are already filled, now it's the turn of the third.
Everyone stands in a locked room of the Seefeld municipal administration, which receives the election letters every day, with which the citizens cast their vote as part of the referendum on a possible new clinic on Lindenallee.
By 11 a.m. on Friday, 2,834 ballot papers had been received.
This corresponds to a participation of 49.1 percent.

The people of Seefeld have the opportunity to exercise their voting rights until Sunday, June 27th at 6 p.m. sharp. “Then it's the last emptying,” says Mayor Klaus Kögel. This time it is only possible to vote by postal vote. There will be no voting booths on June 27th due to the corona. However, the polling letters can be dropped in at the administration at the technology park right down to the last minute.
The question to be voted on is: "Are you in favor of the Seefeld community creating the legal requirements for the construction of a new hospital on an area east of the cemetery on Bahnhofstrasse?" large majority in favor, the district council also supports the district's project.
The Greens, the citizens' initiative Eichenallee (BI) and the Bund Naturschutz (BN), including its state chairman Richard Mergner, speak out against this.

Kögel makes no secret of the fact that he is very happy when the vote is over and a result is available.
It would be "a Herculean task" to close the trenches again in the municipal council and to find their way back to subject-oriented work independently of individual blocks, he said on Friday in an interview with Starnberg Mercury.
"That is one of the tasks of the year."
The counting will take place on June 27th from 6 p.m. in the conference room at the Technologiepark.
Kögel is confident that everything will run smoothly - just as the coordination has run smoothly so far.
Only at the very beginning was a voter missing the ballot paper.
“At first we were a little irritated, but we were able to heal that too,” said Kögel.
Since then there have been no more problems.
