The forces present in your cantons

Canton n ° 1.

Champs-sur-Marne.

In 2015, the tandem (PS) formed by Vincent Eblé and Julie Gobert won the second round with a score of… 100% of the vote.

And for good reason: they were the only ones to present themselves.

In the first round, facing three lists, they had obtained 36.4% of the votes, while the UMP duo formed by Martine Andrieu and Marcus Dramé had collected 20.6% of the votes.

Daniel Badiata Kanza (EELV) and Maud Tallet (PCF) had reached the score of 21.6%.

For the FN, Guy Bouis and Jeanne Pécresse had obtained 21.3%.

This year, the socialist tandem is representing itself.

Facing him: Michel Colas and Cécilia Daulin (LR), Homan Darakhshanfar and Karinne Tornero (RN), Rachel Banza and Steve Boumbou-Liotta (LREM), Daniel Alarçon-Muscat and Françoise Godin (UG).

Canton n ° 2.

Chelles.

In this canton made up of the city of Chelles alone, it is the return leg of the 2020 municipal elections that may be at stake. Already re-elected mayor last year, the outgoing departmental councilor Brice Rabaste (LR) who won with 73.7% of the vote in 2015, is seeking a second term again in a duo with Céline Netthavongs (UDI). He will face him several candidates present on competing lists last year during the municipal elections such as Salim Drici (SE) in duet with Patricia Lavorata (SE), Laurence Brisoux (SE) in duet this time with Jean-Nestor Bongolo (LREM ), Toufik Boualaga (EELV) in tandem with Céline de Kerpel (LFI), Coralie Jobelin (PCF) and Raphaël Valette (PS), but also the newcomers to the RN list of the duo Annie Lamoureux (RN) and Arnaud Rioult (RN ).

The latter will try to put Brice Rabaste on waivers as their predecessors had done in 2015 by facing him in the second round in which they had totaled 26.3% of the vote.

Canton n ° 3.

Claye-Souilly.

In this canton, the outgoing pair Olivier Morin (LR) and Véronique Pasquier (LR), who won with 59% of the votes cast in 2015 and is seeking a new mandate, will defend the colors of Jean-François Parigi. In front of them, the duo Julien Boussange (DVD) and Marion Tallis (DVD) also claim to belong to the departmental majority but defend the banner of Patrick Septiers (UDI). They will be opposed to the RN list, which displays strong ambitions, formed by Dorothée Nicolle and Joachim Simon, who have the former ecologist and walker Renaud Hée (RN) as their deputy. The duos Nathalie Dachicourt (EELV) and Christian Tarrieu (EELV) and Donia Brahmia (DIV) and Mehdi Madjoub (DIV) will try to get out of the game.

Township n ° 4. Combs-la-Ville.

In 2015, the PS tandem formed by Jean Laviolette and Virginie Thobor was elected with 60.7% of the vote against the RN duo composed of Thérèse Lougassi and Morgann Vanacker. The latter, associated this time with Brigitte Rossband, hopes to have his revenge against the outgoing who represent both. Alain Auzet (LR) and Juliette Bredas (DVD) represent Les Républicains. The Danièle Dramard and Hervé Racine (LREM) ticket is committed for Patrick Septiers. Bernard Dantec (LFI) and Juliette Pelloux (EELV) as well as Florence Nomenyo and François Verret (Miscellaneous) are also candidates.

Canton n ° 5.

Coulommiers.

It is the tandem Laurence Picard and Yves Jaunaux (UMP) who won the ballot in the second round with 56.2% of the vote. IN the first round, the pair came in second (36.1%) behind the FN (39.8%). The candidates for this election are: Sophie Deloisy (Agir) and Michel Jozon (SE), hired with Patrick Septiers' team. Philippe Fretel and Catherine Maether (RN) hope to shake up the tandem Véronique Lantenois-Maasen and Nicolas Roch (LR) which represents the camp of Jean-François Parigi. Nicolas Bergeron and Aude Canale (PC) are engaged to represent the left.

Canton n ° 6.

La Ferté-sous-Jouarre.

The pair made up of Martine Bullot and Ugo Pezzetta (UMP) won the 2015 departmental with 34.1% in the first round and 58.1% in the second.

This year, three lists compete: Sabine Ditte and Pierre-Rick Thébault (DVG), Martine Bullot (LR) and Fabien Vallée (LR) supported by the RN who hopes to be able to claim a victory.

Cindy Moussi-Le Guillou (LR) and Ugo Pezzetta (Agir) are invested by the Republicans of Parigi at the request of the minister of Macron and former mayor of Coulommiers Franck Riester (Agir), who nevertheless supports the president of the department Patrick Septiers (UDI ).

Note that Patrick Septiers did not send any candidate here.

Canton n ° 7.

Fontainebleau.

Béatrice Rucheton (LR) succeeded in obtaining the nomination of the Republicans of Jean-François Parigi, despite her failure in the municipal elections of Avon. The outgoing won in 2015 with 68.5% of the vote with Pierre Bacqué, since moved to the RN and who does not represent himself. This time it is allied with Pascal Gouhoury (LR), the president of the agglomeration of the Pays de Fontainebleau. Facing them, Cédric Thoma, municipal councilor of Fontainebleau (LR), in tandem with Avon's assistant Sylvie Chantelauze (DVD) also wants to be the representative of the right, but for the camp of Patrick Septiers. Voters will also have the choice with Ms. Ivanka Dimitrova and Armel Garnier (RN) or a leftist union made up of Amina Bacar (PC) and François Roy (EELV) without forgetting Myriam Boulghalegh and Bruno Plouzeau (LFI).

Canton n ° 8.

Fontenay-Trésigny.

With the now unavoidable Daisy Luczak (LR), Jean-Marc Chanussot (LR), the mayor of Grisy-Suisnes, takes up the torch from Jean-Jacques Barbaux (LR), the former president who died in 2018, who was elected in 1998 on the former canton of Rozay-en-Brie and reelected until 2015, with more than 60% of the votes against the FN. Facing them, the National Gathering presents two new faces: Christophe Gay and Laura Lucchini. There is also a communist pair, Patrick Lecour and Martine Recorda, and an extreme left pair composed of Françoise Cottin (POID) and Michel Sénotier (POID).

Canton n ° 9.

Lagny-sur-Marne.

In 2015, the tandem formed by Geneviève Sert (UDI) and Sinclair Vouriot (UMP) won the second round with 68% of the vote against the frontist duo Nadine Dodon-Fabrice Paris (32%). In the first round, Geneviève Sert, vice-president during this mandate and Sinclair Vouriot were in first position with 33.9% of the votes, while Nadine Dodon and Fabrice Paris reached 28.0%. Behind them: Daniel Enselme (EELV) and Véronique Harrouin (EELV) posted the score of 10.1%, Pierrette Munier (DVG) and Laurent Simon (DVG) 19.9%, Francis Gutmacher (FG) and Julia Killian (FG) 8.0%.

Canton n ° 10.

Meaux.

Sarah Lacroix and Jean-François Parigi (UMP) had won the 2015 departmental tickets with 46.6% in the first round and 72.7% in the second. Vice-president in charge of finance until 2017, Jean-François Parigi then preferred the National Assembly. He returns with the aim of taking the presidency of the department, occupied for three and a half years by Patrick Septiers (UDI). This year, five lists are in the running: Franck Bouvrain and Baou Ima (LREM), Sarah Lacroix and Jean-François Parigi (LR), Arnaud Amar and Nathalie Cadiou (PS-EELV), Roberte Gastineau and Baudoin Loron (RN) and Valérie Delage and Clément Massonnié (LFI).

Canton n ° 11.

Melun.

Outgoing elected officials Denis Jullemier (LR) and Nathalie Beaulnes-Sereni (LR) won in 2015 in the second round with 65.4% of the vote against the pair presented by the Front National, Mathieu Alfonso and Frédérique Giudicelli (34.6 % voices). The result of a union of voters from all sides wishing to block the party of Marine Le Pen because the results in the 1st round had surprised: the duo of the FN arrived with 29.4% of the votes closely behind the pair LR (30, 8% of the vote).

In 2021, will the scenario of very high RN candidates in the ballot from the 1st round be replayed? Denis Jullemier and Nathalie Beaulnes-Sereni face the duo RN Fabrice Paris and Flora Roux, but also the deputy of the 1st district of Seine-et-Marne Aude Luquet (MoDem) and Clodi Pratola (DVD), both in the president's list outgoing Patrick Septiers (UDI), Céline Gillier and Louis-Samuel Pilcer (PS), Bénédicte Monville and Julien Guérin (UGE), Monique Bodin and Patrick Delvert (Far left) and finally Mireille Bouzols Breton and Loïc Rousselle (DVD).

Canton n ° 12.

Mitry-Mory.

Coming in first in the second round in 2015 with 54.7% of the votes cast, Marianne Margaté (PCF) is the only outgoing departmental councilor to represent a duo with Anthony Gratacos (GRS) to block the road at the RN. Leading in the first round in 2015 with 45.3% of the votes cast, Marine Le Pen's party, which intends to delight the canton, is represented this year by Didier Bernard and Béatrice Roullaud. To come and play the spoilsport, the unexpected duo Alain Aubry (DVD) and Viviane Didier (DVG) supported by the other outgoing departmental councilor Bernard Corneille (DVG) and the pair Laurent Prugneau (UDI) and Corinne Adamski-Caekert (DVD) supported by the departmental majority of Patrick Septiers.

Canton n ° 13.

Montereau-Fault-Yonne.

What is at stake in this canton which concentrates all the confusion of the right! It is here that the president of the department Patrick Septiers (UDI), after losing his town hall of Moret-Loing and Orvanne last June, is hired to keep his seat and he hopes in turn, his function at the head of the department. In 2015, he won against the RN with 64.4% in the company of Andrée Zaïdi, since excluded from the UDI. This time he teams up with Montereau's assistant, Majdoline El Abidi (SE).

But having recruited the former LR Dominique Lioret, allied to Isabelle Thieffry, the RN imagines winning. Especially since Jean-François Parigi did not prevent the division in this canton either by sending Andrée Zaïdi (SE), associated with Arnaud Labouze (SE) who we have however seen alongside the left mayor of Moret. For the left, the former mayor of Ecuelles Jean-Christophe Paquier (PS) is in contention with Rose de la Fuente (EELV) and Virginie Masson (PC) teamed up with Guillaume Despreles (LFI). The far left is represented by Valérie Coupé and Christopher Halleur.

Canton n ° 14.

Nangis.

Elected in 2015 with 57% of the vote against the missing Pierre Cherrier (FN) and Aurélie Cournet (FN), Jean-Louis Thiériot (LR), who succeeded Jean-Jacques Barbaux as president of the department before becoming a deputy, and Nolwenn Le Bouter (LR), the mayor of Nangis since 2020, tries the pass of two.

Against them, again the National Gathering, with Aymeric Durox, his departmental delegate, and Elisabeth Roos who display great ambitions.

On the other side of the political spectrum, the union of the left is led by Julie Garnier (LFI) and Guy-Bertrand Tchikaya (PCF).

Note that Patrick Septiers sent here no candidate.

Canton n ° 15.

Nemours.

The very young Isoline Garreau (LR), barely elected mayor of Diant, had succeeded in her baptism of fire by winning at the age of 30 the seat of departmental councilor in the company of Bernard Cozic (LR), with 57.8% of the votes. So much so that during her mandate, she became the first woman in France to lead a fire and rescue service as important as that of Seine-et-Marne while ensuring the vice-presidency of the environment Both, invested by “La Seine-et-Marne gathered” by Jean-François Parigi, are trying this Sunday to keep their mandate. They are opposed to the pair supported by the president of the department made up of the mayor of Lorrez-le-Bocage Yves Boyer (UDI) and the former mayor of Nemours Anne-Marie Marchand (LR). In ambush, the RN placed Reine Lecuyer and Arnaud Tremaudan.Voters also have the choice of environmentalists Ms. Khadija Bertino and Martin Tricard or representatives of the Independent Democratic Workers Party, Jacques Aurigny united with Edith Petitjean.

Canton n ° 16.

Ozoir-la-Ferrière.

Winners of Martine Clément-Launay (FN) and Karl Boissel (FN) with 69.3% in 2015, Jean-François Oneto and Anne-Laure Fontbonne are running for a new mandate in the department for LR.

But at the end of a harsh campaign, it could be tight with the duo Laurent Gautier (LREM) - Mireille Munch (Cap 21).

The stainless Martine Clément-Launay, she does it again, this time with Luca Merlo, for the RN.

Finally, there will also be a Debout la France duo, with the Alma Recchia - Pascal Robert ticket.

Canton n ° 17.

Pontault-Combault.

Seven pairs are on the starting line to succeed the socialists Smaïl Djebara and Monique Delessard, victorious against the FN in 2015, with 59.8%. Starting with the president of the departmental opposition himself, this time seconded by Sara Short-Ferjule (PS), the first deputy at Pontault-Combault. Opposite, Michel Dumont and Lydie Lecaux once again dream of a second round for the RN. Other opponents: deputy Michèle Peyron (LREM), associated with Jonathan Zerdoun (Agir), first deputy at Roissy-en-Brie, Jean-Emmanuel Depecker, former deputy at Roissy, and Audrey Guillois for LR, Jérôme Bui (POID) and Annie Le Cam (POID) for the far left, Jean-Pierre Foubert (EELV) and Renée Pujolab (EELV) for the environmentalists, Lauraine Ligue (SE) and Fernando Oliveira (LFI) for the union of the left.

Canton n ° 18.

Provins.

The mayors of Provins and Donnemarie-Dontilly, Olivier Lavenka and Sandrine Sosinski for the LR, again face the National Rally, which they had beaten in 2015, with 57.8% of the votes.

This time worn by Atsuko Inukai and Thomas Leconte are the new faces of the RN in the township.

Philippe Fortin (LREM), the mayor of Longueville and Margot Seguin (SE), from the municipal opposition in Provins, complete the picture of the first round.

The outgoing pair composed of Jérôme Guyard and Véronique Veau (both UMP at the time) was elected with 53.7% of the votes in the second round against Lionel Walker and Bernadette Cieplik (PS) at 46.3%. In 2021, the winners each set off on their own, following the explosion of the outgoing departmental majority. Elected LR, Véronique Veau joins the mayor of Seine-Port Vincent Paul-Petit (LR) to follow the logic of his party and defend the list led by Jean-François Parigi (LR). True to his word to Patrick Septiers, the outgoing UDI president, Jérôme Guyard (LR) is leaving under his banner and with Françoise Perreau in a DVD pair. In front of them, three left-wing lists: Vincent Benoist and Sarah Machrouh (PCF),the former mayor of Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry and former departmental councilor Lionel Walker and the MEP Salima Yenbou (UGE) and finally Jean-Michel Gambier and Laurence Laffitte-Goncalves (environmentalists). In ambush, an RN duo with Angela Colucci and Lilian Serre.

Canton n ° 20.

Savigny-le-Temple.

The left wants to take over this canton left to the right in 2015. Socialists Marie-Line Pichery and Eric Bareille, mayor of Savigny-le-Temple and Vert-Saint-Denis have strangely forgotten to put the logo of their party on their bulletins. Marie-Line Pichery was beaten in 2015 by the mayor of Mée Frank Vernin (UDI) and Cathy Bissonnier (LR) who has since joined her municipal majority, who had collected 52.7%. For this election, Franck Vernin gave way to his foal Hamza El Hiyani (UDI), allied to Ms. Valérie Poupard (LR). They will not have competition from the camp of Patrick Septiers, but must deal with Martine Demonchym and Alain Rouvellat (RN), Patrick Fèvre and Charlyne Péculier (LREM), the left bînome tinged with ecology Lydia Labertrandie and Gérald Sutrooghen, environmentalists Aurélia Amrane and Norman Noviant.

Township n ° 21.

They face Miriam Elisabeth Calvere and Pierre-Louis Magnani (Various center), the candidates supported by outgoing president Patrick Septiers (UDI). Stéphane Boudy (PRG) and Véronique Germann (SE) represent the Union on the left with the ecologists (UGE). Aurélie Cordonnier and Eric Gérard will be the RN candidates.

Township n ° 22.

Torcy.

In 2015, the UMP tandem formed by Ludovic Boutillier (LR) and Martine Duvernois (UDI) won the second round, with 50.8% of the vote, against the PS duo Gérard Eude-Nacera Torche (49.2%). Canton n ° 23.

Villeparisis.

Xavier Vanderbise (LR) is the only one of the two outgoing departmental advisers to seek a second term. Winner in a duo with Isabelle Recio (LR) with 63.7% of the votes cast in 2015, the mayor of Courtry leaves this time with Emma Abreu (LREM). An unprecedented ticket that allowed him to obtain both the support of the departmental majority of Patrick Septiers (UDI) and Jean-François Parigi (LR). Faced with this new duo, five pairs will try to seize the two seats of departmental advisers. Kevin Guyon (RN) and Christelle L'Equilbec (RN) will defend the colors of Marine Le Pen in the canton, where her party had totaled 36.3% of the vote during the departmental elections in 2015. Other candidates: the mayor of Villeparisis, Frédéric Bouche (PS) in duet with Isabelle Sausset (Génération. S),Emilie Deschamps (DVD) and Claude Sicre de Fontbrune (UDI), Valentin Auger and Julia Frizziero for the Pirate Party, Nabila Flih (various) and Romuald Riffault (various).
