Parents should set aside at least 30 minutes a day to get along with their children

Shi Wenxin, coordinator of the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong, said that time together has always been very important to parent-child relationship. Unfortunately, modern parents are busy at work. Most dads work hard for the future of their families, but forget to arrange parent-child time.

Therefore, she suggested that parents should set aside at least 30 minutes a day to get along with their children, and only focus on their children, such as playing table games, telling stories, or even just sharing the experiences of the day with each other. She also suggested that parents should go out with their children more during the holidays. Walk and construct a unique and pleasant experience.
