Mission accomplished for environmentalists in Île-de-France.
According to the first estimates of Ifop-Fiducial for the first round of regional and departmental elections
,
Julien Bayou comes third with 13.2% of the vote.
If he finishes far behind ex-LR Valérie Pécresse (36.2%), and if he seems neck-and-neck with RN Jordan Bardella (13.4%), the leader of the Greens wins his bet : to be at the top of the lists on the left.
That of Audrey Pulvar, supported by the PS, indeed collects 10.5% of the vote, against 10.2% for the rebellious Clémentine Autain, supported by the Communist Party.
The ecologist is also ahead of the head of the LREM / MoDem list, Laurent Saint-Martin (11.8%).

"Each and everyone will find their place in this collective"
Arrived behind the ecologist, the socialist Audrey Pulvar and the rebellious Clémentine Autain should call, as agreed, to vote for him and try to merge with his lists.
"As we had announced, we will begin discussions tonight
,
"
promised Julien Bayou in front of the cameras this Sunday evening.
The national secretary of the Greens promises a
"large gathering of environmentalists and the left"
for the second round in order to
"turn the page of the Pécresse system"
.
“Each and everyone will find their place in this collective”
, he assured.
Discussions are expected to last until late Sunday evening.
For the left, however, it seems almost impossible to catch up with Valérie Pécresse. To give impetus to their campaign, a big rally of all the left forces is already
"in the pipes"
for the next few days.
