Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi renewed his country's position calling for preserving the territorial integrity of Libya, preserving the capabilities of the Libyan people, and not interfering in its internal affairs.

During his meeting with Libyan Foreign Minister Najla Al-Manqoush in Cairo today, Sisi said that restoring Libya’s sovereignty begins with the withdrawal of foreign forces and mercenaries from its lands, considering that holding the Libyan national elections on their scheduled date next December constitutes an essential step on the path to a political settlement of the Libyan crisis by activating free will. for the Libyan people.

Media reports had documented that the Turkish regime led by Recep Tayyip Erdogan transferred thousands of terrorist mercenaries from northern Syria to Libya, accompanied by Turkish soldiers, to interfere in the affairs of this country to implement the schemes of this regime and its expansionist ambitions by supporting terrorism.
