The technical workshops of the General Electricity Company of Quneitra have completed the installation of 7 new electrical transmission centers in a number of villages and towns in the governorate.
The director of the company, Engineer Bassam Al-Masry, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the new centers will contribute to supplying a number of drinking water wells with electricity to provide water to citizens, and will also contribute to ensuring the reliability of the electric current.
He pointed out that 4 diversion centers for drinking water wells were installed in the villages of Ain al-Tineh, Mmtna, Mashara and Al-Baath city, with a capacity of 100 (kVA) for each transformer. The service station in Al-Baath city has a capacity of 100 (kVA) for each center, to improve the reality of the electric current.
It is noteworthy that the company also carried out rehabilitation and maintenance works for a transfer center in the town of Brega with a capacity of 100 (kVA).
