The Ministry of Health has expanded the segment of medical college students who are able to receive the Corona vaccine in its approved centers after including fourth and fifth year students in human medicine colleges and fourth year students in colleges of dentistry and pharmacy in all governorates.
In an announcement that SANA obtained a copy of, the ministry called on students wishing to receive the vaccination against Covid 19 to go to the health centers approved by it, which are the emergency hospital in Al-Fayha Sports City in Damascus, the Communicable and Chronic Diseases Division in the Al-Midan neighborhood, Al-Qatifah National Hospital in Damascus countryside, the Martyr Zaid Al-Tahri Hospital, and the construction of the Tuberculosis Center in As-Suwayda. Al-Basel Center in front of the Cultural Center in Daraa and Al-Razi Hospital in Aleppo.
The map of the centers also included Al-Assad Hospital, the Primary Health Care Division in Deir ez-Zor, the Health Construction Center in Homs, the General Authority of Hama National Hospital, the Al-Nasr Health Center in Hama, the Maternity and Children Hospital in Lattakia, the General Authority of Al-Basel Hospital in Tartous, and the headquarters of the Al-Hasakah Health Directorate.
The ministry stated that students wishing to receive the vaccine must bring their personal identification and university card and review the approved centers during official working hours.
On June 5, the ministry invited sixth-year students at the Faculty of Human Medicine and fifth-year students at the Faculty of Dentistry in various governorates wishing to take the vaccination against Covid 19 to go to the health centers designated for this purpose.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Health has allocated 81 centers in various governorates for vaccination against Covid 19 for citizens registered through the electronic platform dedicated to this, and continues to vaccinate health workers in public and private health institutions.
