The Northern District Attorney's Office today (Monday) filed an indictment in the Haifa District Court against a resident of Acre for a lynching of a Jew.
The offenses attributed to the defendant, Habib Abu Habib, 41, are a terrorist act of attempted murder, attempted aggravated assault and riot.
The tragic incident occurred on May 12, against the backdrop of riots that took place across the country during Operation Wall Guard.
