The Ministry of Health is preparing for the summer months and expects a significant increase in flights departing and entering Israel, as well as many passengers entering the country's borders - some of whom must be isolated and not vaccinated. To this end, they have entered into contracts with companies that will supply disposable electronic bracelets, which have the same technology as the hard bracelets, but those that do not need to be returned to the supplier due to the large quantity that can be produced from them.

The disposable electronic bracelets will alert suppliers if the bracelet has been removed from the insulator's hand or if it has come out of the insulation area. After ten days of isolation he will be notified that he can remove the bracelet and throw it in the trash. The bracelets will provide a solution for the many travelers who will arrive in the country in July and August, but do not provide a solution for children under the age of 14, as there is a ban on using them at these ages, similar to the hard bracelets.

The ministry hopes that the Bracelets Law, which was stuck in the Knesset's Constitution Committee, due in part to disagreements with the ultra-Orthodox parties, will now be promoted and the entire program will begin operating soon.

The new outbreaks, which began following circulars at Ben Gurion Airport that violated isolation, caused senior health officials to further enforce enforcement actions.
