Eligible citizens who
register for payment one month later
can apply for consumer electronic vouchers via Octopus, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK or Tap & Go.
Among them, the Octopus is subject to a stored value limit of 3,000 yuan, and is distributed in three installments, 2,000 yuan, 2,000 yuan and 1,000 yuan respectively. To get the last installment in mid-December, the first two installments of 4,000 must be used at the end of November. Yuan coupons.

1. The paper registration must be accompanied by a photocopy of the

3. Residency requirement. Reasons for leaving Hong Kong must be declared.
If the applicant is absent from Hong Kong for 24 consecutive months before June 18 this year, he must declare the reason. There are 6 options, including: "Guangdong Plan" or "Fujian Plan" Beneficiaries of "Working Holidays"; attending schools or universities approved by the relevant authorities outside Hong Kong, etc., or fill in "special reasons that may be determined by the government as reasonable reasons".
