Daraa-Sana
The Daraa Fire Brigade, in cooperation with the Civil Defense Directorate, put out a large fire that affected a large area planted with wheat in the town of Sahem al-Golan in the western countryside of Daraa.
Colonel Muhammad Mahamid, commander of the Daraa Fire Brigade, indicated that the fire, which affected 25 dunums of wheat, took several hours to put out, pointing out that the fire was contained and prevented from spreading to other lands.
The fire consumed about 300 dunams of wheat in the town of Al-Hara in the northern countryside of the governorate, after a mine exploded in a harvester.
