(CNN Spanish) -

Now, through a chat from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC, for its acronym in English) on WhatsApp in Spanish, you can find out in a matter of seconds where to get vaccinated against covid-19 .

To use the vaccine locator created by the CDC, you must enter the chat here.

A menu quickly displays that guides you to locate the closest vaccination sites and provides you with more information about injections.

The chat also remembers that vaccines are "completely free" regardless of the person's immigration status and that you do not need to have health insurance to receive it (even when the vaccination site asks if you have insurance).

To locate the closest place, the chat will ask you for the zip code where you want to find the vaccination sites.

By answering you with the options, it will clarify which vaccine is being applied in each place and the cases in which you can go without an appointment.

Also from there you can start the process to book a ride on Uber or Lyft, which until July 4 offer free transfers to take you to receive your vaccine.

President Joe Biden set a goal that, by that date, 70% of adults have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Blacks and Hispanics Still Underrepresented in Vaccination

As of Sunday, 45.1% of the country's total population was fully vaccinated, while 53.3% had received at least one dose.

At the adult level, 65.4% had received at least one dose.

Fourteen states have fully vaccinated more than half their population, CDC data shows, and 16 states and Washington have achieved Biden's goal.

Experts have warned that unvaccinated people are at risk of contracting the delta variant of Covid-19, which is believed to be more communicable and cause more serious illness.

In turn, they have emphasized the need to vaccinate most of the country before winter to avoid further variants.

Black and Hispanic people continue to be underrepresented among those vaccinated, according to an analysis published days ago by the Kaiser Family Foundation.

According to that study, although the disparity has dropped, Hispanics currently represent 17% of the country's population, but only 15% have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
