On Wednesday, the young woman went to Omonia, a district not far from the Acropolis, to have her cell phone repaired.
It was there that she was approached by an individual of Afghan descent who took her to a dark and remote place to rape her, as Protothema recounted.
In shock, the latter reportedly asked three Pakistanis for help.
The three men then allegedly persuaded her to follow them in a taxi before driving her to an underground apartment in Agio Panteleimon, a district of Athens, where she was gang raped.

Neighbors heard the victim's screams and stepped out onto the balconies to find out where they came from. The attackers, fearing to be noticed, finally let the young woman leave the apartment. Shocked and in a state of great distress, she still managed to get to the nearest police station to file a complaint. She was able to tell the police the address of her three attackers.
In the apartment, the police found the young pregnant woman's underwear as well as pieces of these clothes, testifying to the violence of the assault suffered by the latter.
The three Pakistanis were arrested and taken into police custody.
They should be presented to an investigating judge in the coming days for their indictment.
A fourth person is still wanted.
