Although Emmanuel Macron (24% to 27%) and Marine Le Pen (24% to 26%) are given the lead in the first round in all configurations, a personality appears able to disturb this match.

This is Xavier Bertrand, who has just been reelected in his stronghold of Hauts-de-France.

Credited with 18%, he is best placed on the right, ahead of Valérie Pécresse (13%) and Laurent Wauquiez (13%).

Behind, the left is divided into three roughly equivalent blocks.

Yannick Jadot leads (10%) whatever the scenario.

The ecologist is ahead of the socialist Anne Hidalgo (8% to 9%), but also the rebellious Jean-Luc Mélenchon (7%).

This is one of the first times that the latter is given at the foot of the podium of his camp, while Fabien Roussel (PCF) tops out at 2.5%.
