Jordan Bardella, head of the National Rally list, comes in third position, with 11.5% of the vote.
Behind, Laurent Saint-Martin, candidate of the presidential majority, obtains only 10.5%.
A union of the lefts that did not make the difference
In the first round, the outgoing president had already arrived well ahead of her rivals with more than 36% of the vote.
In the interval between the two rounds, the three left-wing lists had merged behind Julien Bayou to represent “
ecology and solidarity in Île-de-France
”.
