A number of Palestinians were injured this evening as the Israeli occupation forces suppressed an anti-settlement demonstration in the city of Nablus in the West Bank.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces attacked the Palestinians participating in the demonstration that took place in the town of Beita, south of Nablus, denouncing the establishment of a settlement outpost on the top of Jabal Sobeih, resulting in the injury of four of them and dozens of cases of suffocation.
The town of Beita has been witnessing daily confrontations for nearly two months as part of protest activities against the establishment of a settlement outpost on the top of Jabal Sabih.
In addition, Israeli settlers attacked the property of Palestinians in the city of Nablus.
Ghassan Daghlas, the official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, told Wafa that settlers attacked Palestinian vehicles near Duma village, south of Nablus, causing damage to a number of them.
Israeli settlers storm Palestinian towns and cities on a daily basis and commit the most heinous crimes against Palestinians and their property under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces with the aim of displacing them and seizing and judaizing their lands.
