The youth was arrested by officers of the Munich police * and charged with dangerous bodily harm, property damage and insult.
After further checks, however, he first had to be released, as it is said.

The suspicion against the 16-year-old was finally confirmed in the course of the investigation. The public prosecutor applied for a pre-trial detention order. On Thursday (June 24th) officials recognized the young man from Munich on Fürstenrieder Strasse and arrested him. "During the arrest, over ten young people from his circle of friends showed solidarity and disrupted the measure," the police said. A 17-year-old also insulted the officers, he was reported and taken to a youth protection center.
"When the wanted man was arrested, there was an extremely heated atmosphere, which had to be calmed down with over ten patrols from the Munich police," the police said.
The young people showing solidarity had to be pushed back several times and the use of the baton threatened.
In addition, the arresting officers briefly held their service weapon in hand.
There were no further crimes.
