The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that Moscow had submitted more than forty complaints to Washington about cyber attacks on government institutions and Russian systems, and raised this issue in Geneva, but it has not received a response so far.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told Sputnik news agency today: “While talking about the Russian-American summit in Geneva, the Russian side referred to a specific cyber attack, which is an attack on health institutions in the Voronezh region in southwestern Russia using the Internet.”

He added, "We have recently submitted more than 40 complaints to Americans about specific situations of using the Internet to carry out attacks on Russian institutions, legal entities, government agencies, etc., but the Americans do not respond to our complaints at all," stressing that this American approach is "unacceptable."

He pointed out that the United States believes for some reason that Russia must respond to all the allegations of its officials and they simply do not respond to Moscow's demands.
