Victoria Tolosa Paz has two milestones in her political life.
The first was when Alicia Margarita Kirchner received the day that Néstor's sister took office as Minister of Social Development.
It was on May 26, 2003, the day after Néstor Kirchner took office as President. Alicia Kirchner arrived at the mythical building on 9 de Julio and Belgrano avenues and met there with a young, very attractive woman who was already letting her character transcend: "I am the Minister Unit Coordinator, I will show you her office," she received it. The new minister was surprised because her predecessor, the also Peronist María Nélida Doga, did not receive her. But Eduardo Duhalde's minister left as soon as the Lomas de Zamora native placed the presidential sash on the Patagonian and Tolosa Paz took over the transfer.

It was her first political participation with the Front for Victory, which nominated Cristina Kirchner as president, seconded in the formula by Julio Cleto Cobos.
Tolosa Paz attended the event at the Teatro Argentino de La Plata where CFK launched its candidacy.

There began the relationship that in 2012 ended in marriage, being the second nuptials of the national public accountant.

His family is traditional from La Plata, wealthy and with radical political roots. Daughter of the marriage of Laura Figliozzi - of recognized trajectory in the Electoral Secretariat of the Federal Court 1 of La Plata - and of the researcher and astrologer Juan Honorio Tolosa Paz, she studied in her city where she received her degree at the Catholic University.
That strong relationship with La Plata has been key to the relationship Tolosa Paz cultivated with Cristina Kirchner, since they both grew up in the same neighborhood. They feel close because they are both from La Plata and the vice president likes the style that her neighbor uses in the media. He praises how he defended the Kirchnerist administration and how he crossed over to the Macrista administration. Everything that Tolosa moves through the country or expresses in the media it does from two places: one, from the presidency of the National Council for the Coordination of Social Policies that depends on the Ministry of Social Development headed by Daniel Arroyo.

On the other hand, others in the Buenos Aires Peronism believe that "if she wants to be mayor of La Plata, it is not right for her to go as a candidate for deputy."
The other names that sound to contest the first place on the Buenos Aires ballot are Fernanda Raverta and Luana Volnovich, both from La Cámpora and holders of ANSES and PAMI, respectively.
The two young campers want to stay in their positions and have already made it public.
The other mainstay of Victoria's movements is her husband's "expertise".
Pepe Albistur has managed dozens of Peronist electoral campaigns and everyone in the FdT sees that all of Tolosa's steps are calculated with professional precision.
Yes, she has had, since the name of the public accountant was disclosed as a possible candidate, two setbacks that gained notoriety for her current exposure.
One was the defense of the government of Nicolás Maduro: before the journalist Luis Novaresio,
the president of the National Council for Social Policies said that "in Venezuela there is the rule of law."
The other was a crossing that he had with a councilor from Juntos por el Cambio and that was seen when both participated in a zoom and where the now ad honorem councilor of La Plata was shown arguing furiously.
