After two weeks of deliberation, the court of Senlis (Oise) rendered its judgment in the case of the video which staged a false police blunder in Senlis, on December 5.
A case in which Marlone F., 19, influencer on social networks and who played the victim in the video, was finally released.
The latter was prosecuted for "disseminating false information likely to disturb the public peace".
But it has not been established that the young man used his own social networks to broadcast this fake video on December 5.
However, he was only prosecuted for this single date.
Rather, it was his friends who were responsible for propagating this simulacrum of police intervention, on which false peace officers pretended to hit Marlone on the ground.
The Youtubeur was also delighted afterwards that this masquerade and its legal consequences brought him new subscribers.
A fake burr seen more than 100,000 times
But it was necessary to find those responsible for this false video which has nevertheless been viewed more than 100,000 times.
The court decided that this role suited Hasni B., also 19 years old and “manager” of Marlone.
He is referred to as the one who paid for the rental of police uniforms and equipment.

The young man was also present on the evening of the events, prompting witnesses to the false blunder to show their indignation. Absent at the hearing on June 2, he did not have the opportunity to give an explanation for this staging, extended the next day in the premises of the Senlis gendarmerie brigade. The judges sentenced the “manager” to a € 2,000 fine, including € 1,500 suspended. Conviction also for Yeliz A., 19, with a suspended fine of € 1,500. The young woman had filmed the fake assault from her balcony. His apartment had also served as a dressing room to put on the costumes of fake police officers, and a fallback base when the "real" police appeared ... As for the fake police officers, Samed, 20, and Jérémie, 23, they receive a suspended fine of 2000 € for their service,with the prohibition of holding a weapon for two years.
This filming took place shortly after the Michel Zecler affair, this Parisian producer who had indeed been hit by the police. Marlone and her friends had tried at the hearing to convince the court that their video had in fact aims… educational. But the denial, revealing that the whole thing was false, had come long after the scene was broadcast on various networks.
